I am rescinding the negative review that I wrote on 11/28/16. I feel the owner of this business is a 100% upstanding guy. He came out today and completely changed my opinion from what it was before in my previous negative review. I am very happy now and am giving him a 100% positive review. R&D gutters is a company that I would do business with again because of the owner Rudy.
