Due to numerous bad debt liens that were filed against the home, the closing has not been able to happen Many statements in the above complaint are inaccurate There has never been contracts on this home There has been one contract that we are diligently working Mr*** to close Copies of all of the bad debts liens can be forwarded and made public if Ms*** and Mr*** so chose.
