The management on property and in corporate office is very rude and inefficient.
I have 2 formal complaints to make on corporate office.

1. On [redacted], the rent night box was broken into. A letter was sent out to all resident asking to please call the office if your rent check was in the box. I called the next morning as the office was closed already that night. I was worried about the late fee because I work 10 to 7 and I could not go in to leave another check. The lady at the office ( I dont recall her name now) said I could pay it over the internet and the fee would be waived because of the incident. Unfortunately, I believed her and as of this day, my account reflects a balance of [redacted]. The first few calls to the office, management would say they would take care of it, but after numerous calls to the office, they send me a account standing notice and to call corporate about the credit. When I called the office again they completely turned me down and said they could not do anything. A few days ago, I also went in to speak about the issue and now, was told a completely new story. They said that in order to get the credit I had to have put a stop payment on my check and that I had to provide proof. This happened 6 months ago. I was never told I had to do such a thing and of course, do not forget about the $** banks charge for a stop payment. They are finding any excuse to not credit it.
2 I have been calling customer relations for over a month about a formal complaint (now 3 complaints) I have been wanting to submit on the office personnel with no luck at all. No one answers, I've left many voicemails, they do not return calls, and I am very disturbed on how no one cares about resident concerns.
