R & C Sinko Plumbing-Heating -Air Conditioning

Review: I had a sewer leak in my basement on March 23 2012,as of today the repairs to my basement are not complete. Mr. Sinko requested the amount of money my insurance would pay and I told him that I had given him everything the insurance gave me but he has not contacted me in several weeks after he called everyday demanding more money from me. Mr. Sinko also took all my paperwork concerning the work to be performed in my basement. I have no contract with Mr. Sinko because the paperwork he left me just has money amounts on it . the invoice states insurance check 3918.37 holdback still owed 720.00 this is more than insurance check. Not only is Mr. Sinko taking advantage of me because I am an older woman alone but he is strong arming me for money because he will not complete the job till I give him more money but I believe I have paid him what I owe him.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Sinko to finish the job with no further charges. I would also like my paperwork returned to me.
