My wife and I purchased a timeshare(s) at [redacted] MO. The total purchase price was about $25,000.00. the timeshares were purchased since 2000. In 2012 because of health reasons, we found it difficult to use the "points." Furthermore the maintenance and other fees continued and became prohibitive. On Nov. 29, 2012 we sold the timeshare(s) to Resort Condo Resales [redacted] Branson, MO. XXXXX and paid them $3,900.00 for the transaction per my check # 1522 dated Nov. 29, 2012. (The check cleared my bank within a few days thereafter.) The account number is XXXXXXX.
Resort Condo Resales has failed to record the transaction to date. I've complained to them on at least three occasions, to no avail. I have received a bill of about $1,000.00 for maintenance fees, which is due from Resort condo Resales. (XXX-XXX-XXXX)
Resort Condo Resales needs to record the sale and pay the current maintenance and other fees presently due. Please furnish a receipt to me that the fee(s) have been paid.
