Review: R & C Lawn Care Service was paid to pressure wash my house and back deck, rake and remove leaves and tree debris in the yard, and plant grass in the front and back yard. The time frame agreed upon was 1 week. After 3 weeks and endless phone calls with every excuse imaginable, I finally fired him -- asking him not to attempt to complete the job as I would have to hire someone else. What he did manage to do in 3 weeks was pressure wash the house and rake leaves into piles and take 1/2 of them away. I itemized what he did and did not do and asked for my money back. At this point, he stopped answering my phone calls. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.Desired Settlement: [redacted] owes me $505 for work not completed. There are no issues that he did a poor job or took too long to do a job, he just did NOT start or finish half of what he was paid for.
