[redacted] inspected the home that I purchased.the home has so many issues I dont know where to start.I will just list a few that [redacted] did not disclose in his inspection report.there are places under the house that are not able to be reached, like the kitchen, there is also dry-rot in these areas. there is mold in the southernmost walls. the roof is leaking in several areas.I have hired a contractor to work on my house, I would love to give you their number to get more information.im just a first time home buyer, im not a contractor.
