Al's Appliance Sales & Service of Arvada Colorado did not follow through with their promise to repair my Samsung refrigerator.
On 01/28/13, Al's Appliance Sales & Service of Arvada, Colorado came to my home to fix my washer, dryer and refrigerator. The tech they sent had the intials of CC (or CL?). He tuned-up the washer and dryer but did not fix the Samsung refrigerator. He said he had to order the part for it (an evaporator fan is needed) and would get back with me. He never got back with me. I made several calls to Al's Appliance from mid-February through mid-March. Initially, the part was never ordered, then it was on order, and then it was supposed to be in "this week" (1st week of March), but it didn't arrive, so the part should've been in the following week, and then the next, etc. (they could have ordered it directly from the Samsung website and still received it by now). I asked Al's appliance if they were really going to repair my refrigerator, and they assured me they were. I told them if not, let me know and I'll get someone else to do it, once again they assured me they would fix it. It is now the 3rd week of March and they still haven't done it (just 1 week less than 2 months now!). Al's Appliance of Arvada, CO advertised in the yellow pages that they repair all brands of appliances and that they do not charge for a service call charge if a repair is done. FALSE ADVERTISING...They charged me a $65 service call, for the refrigerator, they said--even though they fixed the washer and the dryer--on the same day, on the same trip (they should have specified that the service call charge is per appliance, not per trip)! They never have repaired my Samsung refrigerator, so they obviously do not repair Samsung brand refrigerators. I did some research, and I chose Al's Appliance for their excellent rating from the Revdex.com. I'm glad they paid for that rating, because they sure did not get it honestly (like earning it). I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE AL'S APPLIANCE SALES & SERVICE of Arvada, Colorado! They're scam artists (aka liars)!
