R & C Concrete

I hired this company to do concrete work at my home on 4-28-14. I paid a total of $700.00 in deposit money. Over period of month I was given three different job finish dates that have come and gone and received multiple texts messages from the owner with excuses for not completing the work. My yard sits partially excavated and partially formed. The company no longer answers my calls.
