I had my swimming pool resurfaced last february by Hallmark pool,in June,bubbles started to form on the bottom and sides of the pool.
Last February , my wife and I decided to have our fiberglass pool resurfaced. Hallmark pool was recommended to us for the job , so we got Ed to come give us an estimate. we agreed on the price and the work started soon after that. Once finished , we were very please with the final result , but in June , I started to notice little bubbles forming in the shallow end of the pool , so I called hallmark pool and they said they would put a work order for us... the clear coat is also gone now! well, nobody came before November! And they probably came only because we called them over and over,we started once a month , then twice a month and so on... every times it was the same , the boss isn't here , weather is to humid. Someone came mid November , and since , nothing , we had to call them again today and guess what , the boss isn't here! seems like the swimming pool business is doing great if they are that busy , I just wish they honored their warranty quicker...
