MrB-- as stated in the contract removed old roof and was to replace new roof After the work was done I found so many opening in the roof where you can actually see out and where the roof meet the floor in the attic there are so many opening where you can see day light some of them are large enough to actually see the back yard The back roof is lumpy, doesn't lay flat The roof over the front porch was told by two different certified roofer that the shingles was nailed to the cedare, no ply wood was laid, first There is water from the rain coming into the attic down the chimney and the two pipes rain coming down from where the one window is by the chimney Some snow comes in, in some spots My gutters were busted and cracked, the rain run off the roof not in the gutters but Says he is not going to do anything, he told me to call my insurance
