I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I didn't expect them to say anything different. My daughter called him when she found out that the transfer case was cracked and he blew her off then. If he did not see the crack in the transfer case then where did the silicone come from? He puts in is signature block that he is a Gulf War veteran, if this is true he should not treat someone in the military the way he did. I knew this was going to be our word against his so it would not go far. I am at the point that as long as my complaint stays on the Revdex.com web site for others to see that is the best we are going to get. I can't believe that he has not had any complaints in over two decades.
