Review: There were 8 of dining on Dec 31 at Chuck's. This was 4 days after my son was married and we were having dinner with our new in-laws. Service was slow or non-existent at best. Our food came out cold, my husband waited over 20 minutes to get a vodka on the rocks, our dishes were not removed, appetizers were soggy, etc. WE WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES WHILE OUR WAITRESS TALKED TO THE TABLE NEXT TO US. Dishes were pilled up and dessert was never offered- we had to ask. We had to wait for our check- which added injury to insult. I was not going to complain with my new inlaws however, I asked for the mangers name prior to checking out. I had a 37 hour flight home so I called Tuesday evening on Jan 6 and spoke to [redacted]. He assured me that he was a manager that could resolve this issue. He told me would call me. I waited two days and no phone call. I then called the restaurant and asked to speak with [redacted](or [redacted]). I was told it was happy hour and they were unavailable. I returned the call 40 minutes later and [redacted] reluctantly spoke with me. He then said there was nothing he could do, which was exactly the opposite of what he promised, was extremely rude and then hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable on many levels.Desired Settlement: I want my entire check refunded and an apology from the management of Chucks.
