R and R Auto Sales and Service

About two months ago I bought a car from R&R auto sales in Fayetteville Pennsylvania. It looked like a great car. A 1994 ***. This guy sold me this car with a cracked windshield. I agreed to buy it and then bring it back so he could replace the windshield. Between May 24th, and June 12th I tried numerous times to try to get him to fix it to no avail. He finally fixed it for me then I get my car back and there was a crack in the windshield that he put into my car. Before that he gave me an illegal inspection sticker for my car to drive so I wouldn't get pulled over for a cracked windshield. I figured it was a little shady but I just went with it. Back to my 'new' cracked windshield, he didn't give me an inspection sticker at first. And then when I finally came back to get an inspection sticker, he was real nasty with me and wrote the incorrect mileage on the sticker. And I haven't talked to him since. I know for a fact that car could not pass an inspection. The brakes are terrible and were like that the day I bought the car. Again the crack in the windshield. The tires are completely terrible. I replaced the entire exhaust system because it was rusted and rotting.
