I am rejecting this response because:The reason why we had to stop sending our daughter to that daycare is because they gave me a fake report about her the last day I picked her up. The used to fill a potting training report every day, the last day I picked my daughter before 11am but the report was filled till 2pm, so they knew that my daughter had a wet diaper at 1:30pm even when she wasn't there. So if they lied to me about that I don't know in what others things they lied too. When my husband went to tell the manager the reason why my daughter will not continue going to her daycare, the only thing that the manager did was apologize for that. He asked if he needs to sign any document or do something else to end the agreement with them and she said "no", she never mentioned about a written notice or anything. Besides why if the daycare made a huge mistake with my kid they think with an apology is enough, but when I claiming something that for decency they should be already giving to me after what happened, they used their policy book like excuse. In the policy book it doesn't say any step to follow when the daycare lie to the parents.
