before they shipped itThey did not reply and took no corrective action, just shipped itIn transit I told them I would return it to them unopened, which I didIt cost me $to return it to them.Given that they assumed the risk by not addressing my complaint before shipping, I contend that they assumed the liability for the $I paid to return the non-conforming order to themThat's where my "case" stands at the momentThey, of course, have not responded to my request for shipping reimbursement.
