R. A Gray Contracting

Rick Gray Contracting was given a $3,deposit for material and labor costs for a home I own at Spruce StConcord, NHThe contractor only completed partial work and left the jobAn agreed upon refund of $is due for work NOT COMPLETEDContractor agreed to refund deposit on two occasions citing " he had to see if there were restocking fees"
Contractor has ignored several phone calls and emailsI sent Gray Contracting a demand letter with NO response

We hired these guys for a summer job last year It took them quite some time to pull permits with our city ( which he said he would take care of) Work that should have taken months tops, led to about Work on our home was good However, now that we are trying to sell Home, we found that permits were never pulledhuge issue Lead contractor seems to tell you what you want to hear and is a con-artist After all of this, I believe he is a bit sketchy and dishonest His team, was very awesome and he had nice guys working for him From a business standpoint, we learned lots of lessons and would not recommend him due to our current permit issues that we are experiencing with our city We tried emailing him, calling, texting with no response back
