Exelon Realty is trying to bully and use fear tactics to get me to pay for a sum of money not associated with any account or service in my name. This management team took over the property I was renting and has continually badgered me with requests to pay sum of money related to what they are calling the "water bill", when asked to see the actual water bill, all requests have been denied and threats to send me to collections where received. No person in their right mind will just pay a 500 dollar bill because someone says they owe it, I even offered to take care of it if it was in fact my responsibility, there is nothing stating usage or how many months, the bill is not even in my name which while I lived there the owner of the condo told me I did not have to pay the water bills. Exelon took over the building and decided that I did in fact have to pay the bill, and that it was retro to the entire time I was in the unit, at the time I received the bill I had already moved out. I regret endorsing Exelon to the owners of the condo.
