R & A Construction

The Construction company required I pay them for the service up front in order for me to have the services performed. I paid R&M back in June and I am still to have the work performed. I keep getting e-mails stating they are having material issues and that is the excuse as to why they are not performing the work . I requested a refund over a month and I was told I would be receiving it and I am still to see my refund.
