number of my sub-contractors and supplied by subs with the Buyer's phone number in order to set a time for my subs to examine the issues. My subs have informed e on several occasions that reaching the Buyer to set a time to address the issues has been problematic. Therefore, on 12/11/15, I wrote the attached letter to the Buyer to again try to finally resolve this issues. I have heard nothing from the Buyer until I received your letter.As of this date, my subs tell me that they have contacted the Buyer, entered the home and done all that they can do to resolve these minor cosmetic issues.Sincerely,[redacted]
