Unethical business man! I use business man loosely!

ZERO is my rating...Paid Philander Rose $3250 to remove several trees from my property. TREES are STILL STANDING! Turns out he has no insurance and no business license! Rogue business owner. And I use Business Owner loosely! Had to be paid in cash
( my fault for giving him the full amount) Did not remove dangerous trees because he has no insurance. My fault for not doing some research. Thought he was referred by Angies List. Turns out he was not one of their certified vendors. Someone in their office gave my information to a friend or husband. Of course the manager in Angies office claims they cannot find any information on R-3 Tree LLC in their files. I COULD TOLD THEM THAT! Use this as a public service announcement: If you use Angies List check with them to be sure the vendor is on their list. I failed to do that. Someone in their office gave my info to a husband or friend. Manager called me saying he could not find a connection in his office. Well DUH! Who is going to own up to giving information or leads to a friend , relative or husband when it is against company policy? I am out of $3220... everyday when I look my window and I see all of the trees I paid to be removed and they are still standing... I write a review on R-3 Tree LLC! Do not allow Philander Rose to do any work for you. No License and no Insurance. His luck is going to run out and he is going to have an issue he will not be able to take care of. THEIVES think they are able to continue to get away with their dirty deeds...They can for a while, then... one day the devil comes home...Mr Philander Rose will have his day...And I am sure it will cost him more than he will be able to pay! My response will be: GOD IS GOOD! Should you hire him: (1)do not give him a dime up-front (my mistake)
(2)Write a check (I gave him cash - my mistake)
(3) All information belongs to another company
(4) Will not do what you need done because he has no
insurance...cannot take a chance
ZERO is my rating for an unethical business owner. Had he done the job I paid him three thousand dollars to do... I never would have known what I know now. So this is to save others from being taken by this man. Sooner or later he is going to STEAL from the wrong person... I look forward to reading about it! Look at his picture on Facebook so you will know what he looks like. Send him on his way...

Well, just as I thought... tree that R-3 Tree was paid to remove... top of it fell into my neighbors yard! Mr. Rose is a very dis-honest Business owner. STEER CLEAR of him. He will take your money and cause you nothing but trouble!
Rating is ZERO! I use Business Owner loosely! Real Business Owner's do not take advantage of their clients. CLIENTS WRITE REVIEWS! Maybe he only takes advantage of women because he knows we don't really know the ins and out of felling trees. As I said... I guess I should be glad he didn't try to take down the trees I needed to be removed... I might have lost my house! His one man crew was about to tackle the very large tree I am afraid of and he stopped him. I thought he was having a conversation about what needed to be done...NOPE...HE was SAYING>>>LEAVE THAT TREE ALONE! Every day I am going to advise...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CONDITIONS!

PLEASE let my lost of $3250 keep you from losing your hard earned money. This company.. and I use "company" loosely...(1) not insured (2) wants cash up-front (3)does not do job paid to do. One Star is the lowest... I would give a ZERO
If you use Angies List be very carefull...I did and I never received a list to chose from until after the shoddy work had been done by R-3 Tree for me to know if I was satisfied with the work done. R-3 Tree was not on the vendor list. Someone in Angies office gave R-3 Tree L.L.C my information. . Someone passed my info to a friend or husband or relative.
As I said to Angies List.. this could have been more than shoddy work and the lost of Three thousand dollars! I allowed a Man into my home who I did not know, but thought they were part of Angies List. Verified and Honest!
Philander Rose must have a connection in the office of Angies List...the only venue I use when work needs to be done. I am out $3000 plus dollars and the trees are still in my yard. So... If you use Angies list for tree removal and this companies shows up... send him on his way! One star is the lowest you can rate... ZERO is what he needs to receive. One of the trees I paid to be removed fell with the storm the other night. If you hire him and he says he is coming back... rest assure if he has your money...that will not be a true statement. And if you use Angies list and he just shows up... send him on his way. When "Angie's List" sent me an email wanting to know if I was satisfied with my service, there were several companies listed... and R-3 Tree was not one of them. The storm we had a couple of days ago felled one of the trees "I thought" he was taking down. Thankfully it fell away from my home. ZERO is what I would like to rate this company. Again if you use Angies list and he shows up. send him on his way!
R-3 Tree: NO INSURANCE...WANTS TO BE PAID UP-FRONT... NO MORALS! The person on Angies payroll needs to understand there could have been numerous things that could have gone wrong. Number 1- the company has no Insurance...
Number 2- the company has no insurance... So had he made an error how would that have been taken care of? Number 3- I allowed a man in my home I thought was verified by Angies List... PLEASE if you use him look through ALL OF THE PAPER he gives you... something I failed to do...100% belonged to other companies after I took the time to look through the ten pages of "stuff". I called one company and the receptionist thought it was funny. Bet it won't be funny when he makes a mistake and the home-owner has info for a company that is useless! ZERO is what I would like to give this company. I am sure there are others who have been taken advantage of. Had he done what I paid him for...I would not have checked into his background Something I should have done before I paid $3250!

NO insurance...will give you a stack of documents that belong to other companies. Do not do as I did...failed to look at the stack of documents given before he started the job. NONE BELONGED TO R- 3TREE .
I could not figure out why he would not let his employee who was climbing my tree to prepare to take down...I have since found out he has no insurance. I looked at the stack of more than 15 pages of "stuff" and none of it belongs to him. All documents belong to other companies. I called one and they did not seem to care. Bet they will when he takes out some-ones house and they try to get retribution using the insurance that belongs to their company!

R-3 Tree L.L.C is a sham. They have no business license. I found out after paying several thousand dollars for tree removal.. Trees are still standing. Does not answer any phone calls. His workers were told what trees to take down. Not the ones that will take out my house should they fall. His workers would not remove the ones I wanted because he gave them directions which one's to take out. Have since found out he does not have a Business Lic. An ACCIDENT waiting to happen! Out of $3250. Do not use R-3 Tree L.L.C. No insurance... will not take a credit card...DISHONEST! Cash Only should have been a red flag for me. SHAME ON ME! After looking at all documents...ALL FOR OTHER COMPANIES...NON FOR R-3 TREE L.L.C.

R-3 Tree called me after I searched Angies List. Someone in that office gave my information to this company after they saw my search . Sorry I did not check if he was on there list of certified vendors. I am out $3200. Would not take a check had to be paid upfront. Trees I paid him to take down are still standing. Told his workers what trees they were to take down. Could not reach him to find out why the dangerous tree could not be touched. I have since found out that he has no liability insurance. All documentation belongs to another company.
