Qwik Pack & Ship

In June 2018 *** of Qwik Pack & Ship:
(QWIK PACK & SHIP 280B ROUTE 130 STE #2 FORESTDALE, MA 02644 508.888.1798, email: [email protected]) packed and shipped a fragile item to me.

When I received it was badly broken, having been too lightly packed and padded inside the box. The item was insured and I notified Mr. by phone and followed up by email with multiple photos of the damage and the packaging in order to facilitate the insurance claim re: this item *** tracking # ***.

He stated that he would initiate the claim process. I followed up July 10 by phone at which time he said he had not yet submitted the claim to ***. I again contacted him August 10 by email (receiving no response) and then Sept. 10 by phone, at which time he said he would send me a check soon. I received no check and no follow up. I emailed again on Oct. 18, referencing all of the above and again I received no response. I called again on Oct. 22nd 2018 and he said he would send a check the very next day. He apologized for the long delay and stated that he would cover the cost of the shipping as well as the insured value of the item ($450). I have received nothing since from him: no explanation or money for this insurance claim re: the item plus the cost QwikPak charged me for shipping: $221.32.

Mr. has always been pleasant and has always maintained that I will be paid, but he has not in fact paid, for whatever reason, and it has been an unacceptably long time between the filing of the insurance claim on June 2018 and the present time.
