Review: After submitting a copy of my explanation of benefits, 5 times, and a payment with a copy of the EOB included the copy has failed to process it claiming "their EOB processing department is backlogged" and is threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay the full price for the diagnostic services even though my previous medical provider payed them in full.Desired Settlement: I need my account balance corrected and the company to process the information they have. This is an ongoing issue with this company and a simple google search reveals they do this to customers very regularly.
