You had an incorrect email address in your file for our business, so we did not receive the complaint until 4pm on Friday 4/8. Since then, we have attempted to contact the customer and have left the a message stating that we were following up regarding his previous call just to make sure
everything is still working correctly and to issue a credit of months premium back to the cc we have on file as he requested.In the meantime, we will continue to attempt to contact him directly

A service credit was applied to the account in the amount of $on 3/31. We have also been in contact with this customer since this complaint - I show multiple emails and our Customer Service Manager has reached out personally to discuss the situation with them. He has left a
message and continues to try to reach them
