The customer doesn't understand the "limits" of online insurance leads or the concept of something being sold "As Is". It would be impossible to sell an agent leads without the agent signing up, setting up an account with territory & filters, and, without entering a credit card for billing. The agent was sold precisely the type of leads he requested based on the information provided by the consumer in our form, i.e. "sold as is". And, lastly, the agent is wrongly asserting that we are refusing to return his money. The agent's account has been canceled and the refund of his unused deposit will be returned to the agent as per our Terms&Conditions which the agent signed.
