March 1st Mr"***" visited our establishment (Quiznos) at E Ben White Blvd during our lunch rush (between 11:30am to pm) and purchased a sandwichAbout a week later, we received a letter from Mr*** stating that he was unsatisfied with his orderThe customer was called back and left a voice mail with an apology and an invitation to come backMr*** called the store and stated that he would like a full refundThe manager apologized and informed him that a refund can only be issued the same day, and that the best we could do was to treat him to another mealThe customer refused the free meal and that was the end of it
