Review: We wish we could do multiple selections on the Revdex.com website bc our complaint against [redacted] Quinn (Quinn's Plumbing Heating and Cooling) is numerous. As a contract issue, he received advanced payment in May of 2013 for HVAC work (multi-split, 4 zone, AC/Heat) that he hasn't completed (October 27, 2013). As an advertising issue, he was not NATE-certified, did not possess three engineering degrees, was not licensed in the City of [redacted] as a plumber, electrician, etc. (only had business license), failed to honor ANY terms service as advertised on his website (returning calls, providing service, etc.; I have images of his homepage that he has taken down replaced by a new one). As a product/delivery issue, his professional work was clearly below industry standards (I contacted [redacted] and have emails; I have photos; witnesses/attestations from contractors; I am living with incomplete/unfinished installation). [redacted] Quinn NEVER finished installation or delivered agreed to items, including the crucial, main, compressor unit (the indoor units provided were smaller-capacity units than agreed to ). [redacted] Quinn CONTINUES to refuse to return calls, emails. We contacted [redacted] which contacted [redacted] Quinn and he has not responded to them and he is now in the Penalty Box. The Director of [redacted] informed me via email that he contacted [redacted] Quinn (for falsely advertising certification). [redacted] has taken him off their list of certified professionals. For 6 months we have not had AC, and now we do not have heat. We have obtained 5 estimates to finish installation, ranging from $5,500.00-$8,000.00. No company will provide us with a warranty unless we re-do the entire HVAC because they cannot guarantee the poor workmanship that has been undertaken by [redacted] Quinn. Additionally, [redacted] Quinn kept delaying completion by stating illness, vehicle failure, as well as death of a close friend. He showed up rarely, sent in employees (with their relatives). He said he was a veteran, but he is just a thief.Desired Settlement: He needs to be charged with a felony in the 2nd degree on multiple counts AND pay, at minimum, $5,500.00 so we can hire someone to complete the work. Otherwise, he needs to provide a refund of $9,000.00 which is what he has already received. I have documents of the contract, my repeated emails to him to provide me with a receipt (payments made after initial deposit/receipt of $5,000.00), as well as emails to Director of [redacted], to [redacted], etc., etc. He should be banned from engaging in business.

They have continued to ignore ALL and repeated attempts.
