Plumber failed to show up for an appointment two days in a row; dispatcher failed to return calls to update us on the situation. Burned half of a vacation day sitting around waiting for a plumber who never showed up in the end; we ended up calling another service.

I was less than satisfied with workmanship on reinstallation of plumbing after a fire as Within three months of moving in after it was deemed habitable, I had three leaks in three different bathrooms and a hand held faucet fell off in my hands. I'm hoping there aren't more surprises down the road...this company would not even come out for the largest leak putting me off for several days then telling me he wasn't responsible as I purchased the faucets on line...but the problems all were from lack of tightening fixtures properly including the drain under the downstairs bathroom sink! I had to fix them myself! Ill never contact these rude people again unless it's through a lawer!
