We received refund and notified the customer we had to refund in the office for him to pick up. Customer refused to pick up the check and wanted it to be mailed. We mailed to the address on file and it came back to us. Customer changed address without updating his address with us.  And...

they're obviously was not a forwarding address or else he would have received it by now. That is his responsibility if he is going to move to update his address and forward all mail to his new address. We now have the updated address and  are sending out the check today. This issue has been resolved.
