I am rejecting this response because: I was sent this exact same response last time I was contacted by emailThey did not try to work with me, they did not send certified letters, I showed proof of me getting regular mail, so there is no way I would not
have received certified mail My storage was wrongfully "Converted", and I want to be compensated for my losesEither we can work this outside of the judicial system or withinShe keeps talking about "Late"Late or not the point is I paid in full when I received the noticeThen all of a sudden you can't get in touch with meThat makes no sinceThe address is my mothers, she has been there over yearsI even visited the post office that handles the mail for that particular area, and no letter of that sort had been delivered to here addressIf it was mailed, I would have gotten a brown card to go and pick it up at the postal serviceI received none of that, and that's how I know she did not mail anythingI will make sure my attorney suponea's those postal records as well.
