Review: We bought a brand new Ram truck which came with a flawed paint job. Quigley sent it out to a body shop for repair, and it came back in much worse condition. The repair job was sloppy and cheap, and created several additional issues which now must be fixed. The paint was inferior and left halos, the clear coat ran where they taped off seams, and they left compound all over the door handle, chrome body strip, and running boards. Quigley would like to send our truck back to the same repair shop "to give him a second chance". We refuse to allow our truck to go back to the same shop, such poor and sloppy work does not deserve a second chance on our vehicle. We intend to take our truck to a different body shop for repair, and the estimate is $1500, which includes fixing all the additional problems created by the initial repair job. We want Quigley to pay for this and also to provide a loaner car for the 4 days the truck will be in for repair.Desired Settlement: We want Quigley to pay for the repairs to our truck at the shop of our choice and provide a loaner car for the 4 days it will be there.
