Quicksilver Studios

My wife and I received a gift certificate to Quicksilver and utilized the business for photos with our new born. We met with the business and picked out our photos after the photo shoot where we picked out a total of 7 photos, 3 for print and the rest to go on a thumb drive. The process was very slow and my wife and I checked in after a month of hearing nothing. We were informed there had been a mistake in editing so we would have to wait longer. When we called again, we were informed our 3 pictures were ready for pickup. When my wife arrived to pick up the photos Quicksilver gave us two photos, one which they had redone earlier due to their error. When we inquired about the 3rd photo they informed us they had forgotten that photo. So in essence we had 1 picture correctly handled out of 3. When I expressed my frustration there was no follow through or compensation and since it would take awhile to get the third picture we cancelled our order and got a refund. We would never use Quicksilver again and couldn't recommend the business to friends with so many solid photographers in the area willing to go the extra mile and take ownership of mistakes.
