Our Regional Manager, *** ***, met with the customer on Saturday and showed her where her vehicle had paint transferred onto it from a prior incident. The pre existing damage allowed the vehicle’s bumper to worsen during the wash process, which is why this situation did not occur on any
other vehicles or the opposite side from the prior exiting damage from the client’s car. We are not accepting responsibility for the claim though we do sympathize with the client’s situation, we were not professionally able to offer any assistance due to the nature of the work involved and the certifications required therein.
