I spoke with our client, Mr [redacted] ; Explained some details that could of been covered prior to the complaint and will make sure we handle these situations proactively in the futureMr [redacted] was very understanding and I appreciate the fact he gave me an opportunity to address the situationMr [redacted] was pleased at the end of our conversation and again, I appreciate his understanding etc
There was a mixup in communication from the client and her spouse and ultimately with usThe services changed during the time we handled the case to suit the client and put them in the best situation possible, a different program requiring extensive work After the time was spent preparing the new service (an OIC) it came to our attention from the spouse (husband) that the program/services we were about to perform could affect his government security clearance / employmentWe then had to change back to a THIRD alternative which placed them in the best situation possible without jeopardizing the spouse and his security clearanceCommunication was taken over by a case manager and the client was not left in the dark.It should be noted that no additional fees were added when changing services to a program requiring considerable more timeThen having to change again to another service; the final serviceAfter work on the case was complete, client informed case manager he was satisfied and there was no concerns or complaints to addressNearly a month later the client decided to post this complaint on the same day he called in and requested us perform EVEN MORE WORK on the file - again, we did - at no additional costThis complaint in our opinion is a mixup in communication and expectations between the wife and husband and not translated to us prior to allowing us a chance to address any concerns or clear up any confusion
