QuickChek

Last week I stopped at the QuickChek in Middletown located off route 84 by the car wash. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned for days. There was dried blood on the sink and floor. No soap was available. This grossed me out since they have a deli on site and I’m sure employees use the bathroom. I told the cashier about the condition of the bathroom. He said the dispenser was reported broken and still not fixed. He also claimed the bathroom was cleaned an hour before and people are slobs. If that bathroom was cleaned an hour before then.
Today I visited another QuickChek in the same town. This location in on rt.211 toward Scotchtown. This one had soap, but was equally just as filthy. It was .11:00am and the cleaning log showed it had been cleaned and inspected at 10:30am. I’m sorry it just can’t be!

We went to the balloon festival and there were multiple issuesWe requested a refund, but they are not following through on giving one:
1) We had elderly handicapped people and we had to park in the far back in the handicapped lot and WALK to the cart for them to get onFurthermore, the carts were taking minutes to take the two in and out
2) There were not balloons, we only saw maybe balloons blown up
3) The bathrooms were disgusting and almost unusable
4) It was disorganized, half the time I was lost not knowing where I was
5) When leaving (after the sun set, in the darkest night) it took us minutes to get out, there was no sign on where the handicap parking wasI had myself, another adult, and a child walking all overWe asked a bunch of people and no one knewLuckily the elderly handicapped people took the cart, altho we got to the car faster then them even due to the carts being badly organized
