Quick Stop Smog Shop

Review: My truck had not been driven since 08. I took it to have a tune up. Full tune up within 2 hrs. The shop call for me to get my truck. I couldn't believe but the owner said he would be closing in 15/20 mins. So I went the next morning . First thing I done was look under my hood. Checked my fluids my oil was so black I went back got the tech. He look and said U got what you asked for. I went and took my truck to another shop [redacted]. Soon after I drove my truck off from the first shop My check eng. lite came on & my truck ran bad. But the 2nd shop got it better.I had to go without get in a hardship pay someone to fix what ws paid to do. My check eng never use to come on. My truck never ran as bad. Desired Settlement: I think I should bet my full money from shop #1 and tell I should get most of or more from what was paid to shop #2, from shop #1.

Customer came in 8/03/2013 and ask for tune up. gave customer Estimate. customer aggery and left the truck. for tune up. toled customer truck be redy in two hours. after work done, call cutomer and customer pick up truck. next day customer call and you guy did not change my oil on truck. explain customer that oil is not part of tune up if need to change we can change in discount price. but customer said she naver heard that oil change is not part of tnue up.she yell,s and left. then I never heard abount check engine light.untiil now.
