business did absolutely NOTHING in response to repeated requests.  I requested my bank reverse the charges on 12-9-2015, and returned the item.  The BANK supported their customer, NOT [redacted], nor this dishonest, incompetent vendor!   The return of my money had NOTHING to do with any action on the part of [redacted] nor their vendor on 12-15-2015.
