Review: I had someone ([redacted]) from Quick Set Panels come out on 2/23/16 to give me a quote on replacing three (3) glass block basement windows. I called them back about a month later leaving a message twice asking them to contact me about setting up a time to have my three (3) basement glass block windows replaced and never received a call back. Both times that I had previously called back I received a voice mail message asking me to leave a message which I did. On the second message that I left I asked them to let me know if they were still interested on performing this work and as of yet I have not received a call back. I called Quick Set Panels phone number ([redacted]) this morning, 4/4/15 and received the same voice mail message so I did not bother to leave yet a third message. I can certainly understand that a company is not always interested in taking on every job that they quote but I feel that it is very un-business like to not even acknowledge a customer's call to let them know that they are not interested in doing this job.Desired Settlement: Either nothing more needs to be done or if Quick Set Panels cares to they can contact me at [redacted] and explain why apparently they did not need to at least response back to a potential customer.
