I got off the phone with them and called my driverHer told me all the specifics, and then I called *** and explained to her everythingWe handled hundreds if not thousands of sets of keys and I have never had this happenAfter reviewing the case, the road side assistance provided relinquished us from being responsible to the missing callsI spoke to *** and told her everything and apologized, but I can't by her a $set of keys when I know we did not loose them and we just kind of left it at thatI then worked it out with All State and we were not reliable for the missing keys
