Review: I went to Quick Quack car was to get my car washed on 4/3/16, after my car wash I noticed there were scratches all over my car. I emailed customer service along with pictures. They informed me go back to the location to fill out a claims form which I did. I then met with the manager the next day. He called me back and told me that they had a vendor that could repair my car and gave me his contact info. I then called him and met with him to look at the damages. [redacted] told me he could color buff the car to get the scratches out and that he could pick up the car from my home. I did not feel comfortable with this and decided to check with a few other auto body shops in the area. I went to 4 different shops 3 that I picked and 1 that Quick Quack said they also had a contract with. They all said that the color sanding would not correct the issue and could possible harm the car more. I then called [redacted] the manager and emailed him the auto body repair estimates. A week or so later he called and told me that he spoke with his manager and if I chose to go with one of the other auto body shops that they would only cover $1,500.00 and I would be responsible to cover the rest since they have a guy who will do the work for that amount, even though what he wants to do would not resolve the issue. I then called [redacted] back to ask him for his business license number and address to his shop so that I can look into it and he refuses to provide that info to me as he is not doing the business with me but Quick Quack, he also told me that he no longer wants to do the job. I have 4 auto body shops saying the work [redacted] is going to preform is not quality work and how can I feel comfortable going with the 1 guy Quick Quack said to go with just because of the price?Desired Settlement: I would like for my cars paint job to be repaired and not have to worry about the quality of the work being preformed. According to 4 different auto body shops my car may not need a full paint job but only a partial but will not know until they start the work.

We approved the work to be done to settle this claim and the customer is supposed to be having it completed. We approved it about a month ago and she told me she was making the appointment to have the work started. I have attempted to follow up with her to see how the repairs are going but I have not gotten a response from her. I am unsure of why she is reporting to the Revdex.com after we have already agreed to fix her car, but the repairs have been approved and she was happy with being able to use a body shop that she preferred. Her claim number is 19631 if you need that at all.We approved the work to be done to settle this claim and the customer is supposed to be having it completed. Review: I signed up for service with Quick Quack on Nov 25th 2014 for a car wash, while at different Quick Quack location I tried to use my car wash card. I was rudely treated by an employee and I canceled my service that same day and was promised a refund. Quick Quack promised my service was cancelled and that I would receive a refund. I was charged again for services on Dec 26th 2014 and when I complained about being charged again I was told to contact customer service, which I did and all I get is a recording with no call back and no way to speak with a live person. I filed a fraud report with my bank and shortly after that I finally got a response in email stating I would get a refund and no more charges and that my service was cancelled. Here it is Jan 26th and I was charged again! I had to cancel my card and have to drive 30 miles now to get a new credit card. Better watch out this company has rude employees and will continue to charge you for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund plus damages and time off work " Lost wages" to drive to get a new card!
