Review: Hello, my name is [redacted]. this past 12th of December, 2015. I went to wash my auto at a car wash called Quick Quack. Their machine had a failure because it broke my right side-view mirror. In addition, when I returned home I realized that the paint had been scratched. I did not notice it until my car had dried. Initially, I only complained about the side-view mirror. Since I do not speak English, I could not explain it to them well. I have gone like 10 times and they tell me later. These last times I have gone they laughed at me and I heard then say "[redacted] Mexican" and that made me mad. I have been waiting for almost three months and nothing.Desired Settlement: I hope that you people help me out. My car is a [redacted] Altima Z.35, year 2012, license plate number is [redacted], VIN number [redacted]. The color of my car is gray or platinum.
