Very professional experience

Replaced water heater in second floor closet. Clay knows his trade! Excellent, timely service, fair, flat-rate pricing and quality materials. He checked the plumbing for the entire house without being asked, answered all questions, and cleaned up in two hours. Highly recommend!

We found Clay's company on Thumbtack looking to get a second estimate to replace old cast iron pipes that were showing their age. Clay walked us through what he saw during the estimate and clearly explained to us what was needed. He gave us a fair estimate that came in a little under our other one. The work was completed very well, again with a thorough walk-through of what was completed. All materials and the work space was cleaned up well afterwards. The only minor criticism I will mention is that the work took a little longer than estimated. Not a problem, as we has some flexibility in being home while the work was done and we were not left overnight without access to water. For a one-man shop, the job was very well done.
