12/10/I got the oil change where they check all of your levels, it cost extra over the basic oil changeI wrote on the work order that my low coolant light was coming onThe next day the light came back on, so I looked and the level was still well below the cold full lineI took my car back to them, they said No, all we do is check the level, we don't top it offWhat??? First, I think that's complete b.s.; second, I wrote it on the work order, can you not even notify me that it's an extra $to add coolant? This after the previous oil change here where I foolishly let them do it and they gave the car back to me with the oil cap missingGood thing I popped the hood before I left to check the dipstick, and I noticed itThey brought it out to me, they forgot to put it back onTo me they have proven they are not trustworthy
