be removed due to the condition of the old parts, these totaled about $750.00. With that being said, we charged Mrs. [redacted] nothing and returned the vehicle to her. We have satisfied all of her requests outlined in the letter, She left without any out of pocket expense and the vehicle was returned to her in better mechanical condition (new parts installed) than she dropped it off.
