Quick Care - Reading Hospital Medical Group

Review: My daughter, age 16 received a physical examination on 4-23-13 by Dr. [redacted]. On 07-21-13, I returned to "quick care" to have a physician sign working permit papers. The working papers verify that my daughter has had a physical and is able to work. The receptionist informed me that my daughter must have another physical examination in order to get a signature. This is a $35.00 charge. I already paid for a physical in April.Desired Settlement: I want the physician to sign the working permit papers with no additional physical or charge. Thank you.
