Quick Car Wash

Review: I visited their carwash on Wednesday, November 5th around 1:10pm. The wash malfunctioned. I immediately called the wash and had to leave voicemail. Left detailed message with issue. I demanded refund. After examining vehicle a few minutes later I left another detailed message, again demanding refund. My vehicle was dirty and scratched. [redacted] called me back on Thursday around 11:55 blaming me, saying she needs to watch video. We were able to talk again Monday November 10th, 2014. [redacted] watched video and verified my issue, still blaming me. She refused refund and offered a lesson and free wash. I again explained that I've been using automated washes since age 17 and have used this specific wash since 2003 without ever having a previous issue. I've even taken various vehicles through it...no issue until that day. She still refused refund. [redacted] said it happens all the time. She also said that she doesn't understand how it can happen just once if I use it frequently and correctly. I responded, "because its a machine and machines sometimes malfuction". She refuses to refund my money and says she can only give a free wash. I told her I will never use that wash again. If they feel that wash is so sensitive or difficult that you need a lesson to operate it they should either have someone on duty at all times or have it operational only while an employee is present.Desired Settlement: I want my $10 back for the wash. Business doesn't offer receipt so I will upload part of my bank printout to show payment. Some information will be redacted. I do NOT want a free wash. I do NOT need a "lesson" from her or her husband in how to operate something I've been operating since I was 17 years old. I do NOT need a lesson in operating this wash that I've visited, frequently and without issue, since 2003. I would LOVE for the scratches on my vehicle to be repaired.
