account on 2/12/15. The low balance fee of $5.00 will be credited back to her account as a courtesy. the other fees charged to her account was for receiving paper statements of $1.50 per statement cycle. this fee is charged to all members that do not opt for electronic statements. unfortunately we can not waive that fee. Her current balance is 2.19 and a 5.00 credit for the low balance fee will be applied and the new balance of $7.19 will be sent to her today in the form of a check. refer to [redacted] under fee schedule for the disclosures on fees.
