Quick As A Wink Cleaners

This business allowed me to pay for an item that they knew they had ruined. I didn't realize the damage until I got into my car. I went back into the business and told the owner that they had ruined it. The outfit was faded and looked as though it had been bleached. When I asked what happened, the owner acted as if she didn't have a clue as to what I was even talking about. I asked her to explain to me how a black jean jacket and jeans turn out to be a faded gray with white spots all over it unless it was cleaned improperly. The owner refused to take responsibility for her wrongdoings. I then asked her what was she going to do about repairing what she had damaged. The owner then said that she can redo it. I then requested a refund after she had charged me and I indicated that I wasn't going to pay until she repaired it. The owner was hesitant about refunding me the money and said that I would just have to pay again when I picked the items up. I then told her that I didn't care, but I wasn't going to pay for something until she repaired it. The owner then refunded me my money.
