Review: A technician, [redacted], came to our house in December 2013 to perform our quarterly pest service. It was snowing very heavily. When he left, the truck got stuck in our yard. I gave him cardboard and kitty litter for traction to help him get out of our yard. It took about an hour to get the truck out of our yard. Whole trying to get out of our yard the truck severed our landscape lighting buried cable. To date, May, 23, 2014, nothing has been done to rectify the problem. No one in management has contacted us about our problem. [redacted] came out and told us the company was making him rectify the problem and he would try to work it out.Desired Settlement: We would like one year of pest service waived for free since we are having some landscaping performed this summer.

If they will provide one year of free service we feel it would be a fair exchange for the property damage.
