Review: I have asked x2 by direct phone contact with Karen from Quest summary of treatments done for termites@ my property from 2011 until present.Paperwork lost in flood in basement.I have requested by mail to receive.My requests have gone ignored.Phone calls with messages concerning this matter have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a summary of treatments done @ my property from beginning to present time--2011--2015.I desire no further contact from this company.
